Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across Pakistan. We may expand our shipping services to additional countries in the future.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available) via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. Stylish Apparel Studio is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or the package is refused, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist you in finding a suitable resolution.

Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, Stylish Apparel Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier service interruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Customs or government inspections (if applicable)
  • Other events beyond our reasonable control

International Shipping

At this time, Stylish Apparel Studio ships only within Pakistan. International shipping may become available in the future.
