Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless received damaged or incorrect).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order details.
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.
  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was delivered. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
